The retailer needed a faster and more engaging mobile shopping experience. The existing app had slow browsing and a lengthy checkout flow that was affecting customer conversions.

We rebuilt the shopping experience with Flutter, introducing faster product discovery, a streamlined checkout flow, offline catalogue access, and a flexible merchandising system for the internal team.
03 / UX / UI
We simplified product discovery around intuitive navigation and persistent search. Key states such as empty carts, failed payments, loading, and unavailable products were designed to keep the experience clear and consistent.
04 / Technology architecture
A Node.js commerce API connects the application with the existing business systems, while Firebase manages authentication, notifications, and analytics. The architecture was optimized for reliable performance as traffic grows.
05 / Development
The product was delivered through iterative development sprints with regular installable builds, staged feature releases, and device testing across different screen sizes and performance levels.
