1. The "Napkin" Phase

Discovery isn't just a call. It's an interrogation. We dig into your revenue model, user persona, and competitors to ensure we aren't building a feature nobody wants.

2. Architecture & Schema

Before a single pixel is drawn, we design the database schema (SQL/NoSQL) and API contracts. This prevents "spaghetti code" down the road.

3. The Build (Sprints)

We work in 2-week cycles. Every Friday, you get a deployable build to test. You see the product evolve in real-time, not just at the deadline.

4. Launch & Growth

We don't just hand over the keys. We set up your CI/CD pipelines, analytics dashboards, and error monitoring (Sentry) to ensure stability at scale.
